Shipping Information

We ship out in-stock items the same day if placed by 11:00 AM PST.  Any orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.  For orders received after 11:00 AM PST between Friday and Sunday, they will be processed on Monday or the next business day thereafter if there is a national holiday.  Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes an estimated 2-5 business days from California.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you have not received your order by the estimated date of delivery. Our business days are Monday through Friday excluding United States federal holidays.

Express Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for all of our products. Select an expedited shipping option upon checkout and the exact shipping cost will be calculated prior to payment.

International & Domestic Shipping

We are currently only shipping to select US territories.  All available shipping territories will be listed during your checkout.  If it's not listed we currently do not offer shipping to territories such as Alaska, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Palau.

P.O. Box Shipping

We do ship to Post Office Boxes. Please note that this may result in a change of carrier or shipping cost. We are unfortunately not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Order Status and Tracking

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the status of your package.

Our products can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or refund. 

We want you to feel confident and inspired while shopping our online store. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will send you a replacement. If you receive your product and simply aren’t 100% happy with it, you can send it back to us for a refund.

Our return policy covers returns of products in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after delivery, excluding any products listed as nonrefundable at the time of purchase. Product(s) must be returned with its original, undamaged, packaging.

We recommend that you add support@americanartdecor.com to your SAFE SENDERS list to avoid the notification getting filtered as spam/junk mail.

 Repack the item(s) in the original packing material.

  1. Complete, detach, and enclose the RETURN FORM.
  2. Remove or cover all original shipping labels.
  3. Address the package back to:

Refunds are applied your original payment method. Credit card refunds can take up to 1-2 statement cycles to appear.
